The Lower Myra Falls are stunning — no wonder we’ve seen lots of pictures of them on instagram. They are a short ~1km walk from the parking lot, but it is a pretty steep trail. We hung out here for a couple hours, eating lunch, people watching, enjoying views of Buttle Lake and brainstorming for this blog. We didn’t go for a swim, but there were some brave souls “enjoying” a dip in the frigid waters.
